Question Claim 1099 Income Week Hours Worked or Week Paid

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Oregon

Hi. I have an opportunity to work just a few hours here and there on 1099 with a small company. Would I report this income in the week I do the work or in the week I am paid? I have read elsewhere that for 1099 work its reported when paid and not in the week worked. And in general, are there any other details I should know about combining random short term 1099 income with my unemployment benefits? This is my first time collecting unemployment. I was laid off due to covid business loss at my full-time employer and don't want to jeopardize or misuse my benefits. Thanks for your help.

You report it the week it is earned not paid.

The question is answered under the "Can I work and receive benefits?" tab.
