Fake Fbi

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

This is a continuation from my last post. I ignored that person and waited for the FBI to show up but there was no one. Then a week ago, I received a message from a another saying that he is a FBI agent and a friend of that person. He told me to go and talk to him. When I ask for his FBI badge or ID, he showed me a fake one. Keep telling him that I know it’s a fake but keep saying that the guy in the ID is really him. And so I ignore him as well. Today, he send a some kind of threat or warning saying that when they come and get me, he will not spare me. Who should I report to: the FBI or the police?
