My question involves civil rights in the State of: Georgia.
I am on felony probation. What are my rights while doing first amendment auditing? If an officer approaches me do I have to identify myself, provide ID, tell him I'm on probation, etc. And if I am illegally arrested does it violate my probation?
    Thanks.
If you are doing "first amendment auditing" then you are an idiot. If you are doing while you are on probation you are an idiot that simply wants to go back to jail.

The fact that you are doing "first amendment auditing" doesn't change the requirements of your probation in any way.

You disagree with first amendment auditing?!? What do you base that on? What part of first amendment auditing would violate my probation?
You haven't done anything but make yourself sound like a cop.

Yes, I do. I base that on every idiot I've seen do it on YouTube. It seems the entire point is to run just up to the line of trespassing or some other law. The problem is that many of you self-proclaimed protectors of the constitution don't know where that line is. This is mainly because you seem to get your education in the subject from other idiots on line who also don't know where the line is or don't understand that line is different in different locations.

You are a perfect example. You want to test the bounds of the law but haven't even taken the time to read and understand the limitations of the rules of your own probation.
