What I said twice, which Harold refuses to listen to, is that I do not deny he had to take the pee test. What I am saying is it is NOT part of getting the clearance nor maintaining it. The government doesn't mandate that. What the mandate is that if you get any federal program, you're required to have a drug in the workplace policy, which many companies (just like many companies that don't have federal contracts) include drug testing. I've had clearances for the Army and working for contractors. Any drug testing was independent of my clearance applications/status.
However, as usual Harold has devolved this into irrelevant drivel. As I keep pointing, the problem purebred is going to have is FIRST that he's going to have to admit to the prior canabis use and that the fact that he had a MMJ is already an accessible record to the investigators. The fact that he may use a drug is a lesser issue than what happens if he gets caught lying about it.
