I need peoples input that know the law.
Then explain the relevant facts clearly by doing the following: Rather than saying something bad has occurred and asking what you need to go after someone, tell us what happened TO YOU. Also, please make an effort to use normal English sentence structure, punctuation, etc.

Being rude to the expert volunteers here is definitely not the way to get them to want to help you.

Because of false information I am now forced to file an appeal standby request denied starting 6/1 they are telling me I must do job search requirements that requirement is not true. I tried to send esd a message today they have blocked me with there firewall system and a message telling me to call on the phone. That's a big joke job search is not a requirement until 11:59pm june17th any suggestions and does this false information be looked upon as electronic mail fraud

It's still not clear what has happened to you. Pretend we don't know anything about what you've been through because we don't. There's no such legal principle as "electronic mail fraud." Mail fraud is specific to using the United States Postal Service. You might have wire fraud, but in order for that to apply, it has to be interstate transmission (for the Federal law. Washington State has no similar statute).

But understand this. You'd do better in your communication (especially when looking for a job), if you wrote in proper sentences and use the right words. Your messages are near indecipherable and that's enough for a lot of employers to look elsewhere.

You can't even make a coherent insult. It's no wonder you can't find a job. Good day.

Some states are restricting the requirements for receiving unemployment underj the CARES Act. The change was brought about because too many people were refusing to return to work. The additional $600 a week was to help those unable to return to work due to the virus. It was not for people to refuse to return to work because they received more drawing unemployment than working. If you like the extra money. Perhaps you should look into furthering your training and education.
