in Understanding What the Officer Wrote on the Ticket

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

Please see attached image. My wife got a ticket from a Los Angeles Police Dept officer for CVC 22350. What I am able to see is that she is running at 47mph in a 30mph zone. But the officer wrote something else which looks like "EST 45 L4064 INP 47 @ 505 FT #2" What does that mean? And there is a box next to the officer's signature: TE CI PT. He checked TE. I seem to read something in this forum that the ticket needs to specify whether the officer used a laser/radar to determine the speed. I cannot find that here. Can someone enlighten me?

He estimated the speed at 45 mph. L4064, which is probably the smd tag/unit number, indicated a speed of 47mph at 505 feet.

To provide a bit more on Free9man's reply, it would be a Lidar unit as it has distance, and the device number "L4064" should indicate a "L"idar.

The "TE" indicates "Traffic Enforcement," I believe. In any event, that's not a required box on the NTA, it's one for the CHP so it's likely record keeping only.
