H1b Transfer Query

Need some information on my h1b transfer.

Currently my status is in H1b and my visa is ending on June and filed an extension with the company.
I have applied another visa with new employer and had an approval notice until 2022
So Can I wait until the current employer petition results and move to new employer petition?

There's no such thing as an H1B "transfer." The new employer has to apply for a new H1B, however there are certain steps that can be omitted since you've already been through them if you have an existing approval.
I'm not clear what you're asking. If you're asking if the extension date on the H1B is going to magically transfer over to another employer, the answer is no.
