Default Texas: Utility Easement and Building in Ground Pool

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Texas
My home was built in 2019 in a masterplanned community. Most lots only have an 8ft utility easement in the backyard, but mine and several other lots have a 14ft utility easement. All utilities were placed within 8ft of the property line.
I would like to build a pool but the additional 6ft of utility easement severely limits the size of pool.
Is it possible and what would I do to have a utility easement changed?

All you can do is ask the dominant estate (whoever that may be, perhaps the HOA or a utility company) if they are willing to reduce the width of the easement. If they say no then the answer is no.
