My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Pennsylvania. I live in a 55 and over community with an HOA. We have " zero lot" homes. My dominant side which has my patio and very small yard juts up to my neighbor's house which is their nondominate side. There are no doors or access there. I was granted permission by my neighbor and the HOA to place a 9 ft fence adjoining both in the front and rear properties. The fence was installed in 2017 with concrete footings. My neighbor is now moving and is asking me to remove the fence that I paid for its installation with her and the HOA approval. She now wants me to remove the fence because she states the prospective buyer doesnt want it. She is now threatening to have it removed. What are my options, Thank you
