Well...what was the point of saying that "he had two days to respond" if you're not going to walk away because of his failure to respond in that time? If you're not going to walk away, then you shouldn't give hard deadlines.

Beyond that, I don't really understand what you're asking. If you're asking whether you're entitled to specific details about advertising costs, the answer is no. If you're asking whether the landlord is required to disclose exactly how much of a check you'll have to write to move in, that's up to you. If you haven't signed a lease, then you're free to walk away if you don't get the disclosure you want. If you have already signed a lease, then you're only obligated to pay whether it says in the lease.
