Probably. But, if someone else searches and finds this, maybe they will not panic and freak out. This sort of thing is so rare as to be laughable, and most prosecutors will not pursue a PC 314 charge for urinating in public unless the person is wagging their wanker about in an effort to show people. If someone is actually charged with PC 314, then they are believed to have been intentionally exposing themselves. If charged merely incidental to urination, many of our homeless would be registered sex offenders. They're not.

Another scenario, as posited in one or more of OP's other threads on this nonsense, is that they are testing out stories for when they intentionally expose themselves and need a defense.
