    You're way to vague too answer any of these questions. What discrimination are you talking about? What "failure to accommodate" and "injury" are you talking about?

    Do not get wrapped around the axle about perceived lies. First off, being wrong isn't necessarily the same as lying. Whether something is regarded as an intentionally false statement is often not something a party can objectively decide. Even if they were caught lying at the stage you are at, it's not likely to lead to any sanctions. It will possibly bode against the assumed veracity of anything else they say.
