My question involves a consumer law issue regarding breach of contract by a company located in the State of Florida:

I am a creditor in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy case. I filed a motion to the court to recoup the money I am owed. I received a Notice Of Hearing stating the matter has been set on the Court's motion calendar for a non-evidentiary hearing. The allotted time for this matter is ten minutes. I do not live in Florida. Must I attend this hearing?
