    Geez I wish you would pay attention! You cannot be emancipated without parental consent! If CPS finds abuse yes you could be removed from the home and placed in foster care

    I have been paying attention. But i am also asking questions and trying to find all the information i can on this. And what about a step parent? could a step mother sign for my emancipation?

    No your not paying attention. The statute was posted read it! No your step parent cannot sign both parents (if both are living) must sign. Step parents don't count

    Because on applications, i make sure my spelling is right. And on this, it doesnt make a difference. Right now i am having a hard time and spelling isnt the most important thing on my mind right now. I just need the information. Not someones opinion on wether or not im a idiot who cant spell. I know i cant spell but thats not what i am here to learn about. So please dont comment on my flaws. I already know i have a bunch of them, thank you.

    If the child was to die in the house hold the parents consent to remove the child from the house hold wound't be needed. Guess that's one way of getting out of the house without parental consent.
