Default Selling Branded Products on My Website. Legal or Not?

    Hi,
I have been an eCommerce business owner for a few years now and I am in the process of creating my website. I work with a respected vendor who is based in the US. From this vendor I am able to buy name brand products. I am currently selling the products on eBay and have not had any issues. A few of the name brand products I am selling are Ninja, Shark, and ASTRO Gaming. Am I able to list these name brand products on my website without the brand's permission or do I need to get permission from the brand? Thank you!

Assuming that is a legitimate wholesaler, yes.

As indicated elsewhere, there are several relevant factors that matter. The brands you mentioned don't suggest to me any concern. Query, however, why you're getting the products from a "vendor" as opposed to directly from the manufacturers.

Most small businesses are not able to buy products directly from manufacturers. Most small businesses are required to buy products from distributors or wholesalers, who buy them from manufacturers. Of course there are exceptions to that, but that is the general norm across the bulk of industries.
