By others you mean property B because they are the dominant estate. According to you, C has no interest in the easement so the likelihood of them contributing is slim to none. If property C is using the easement it is with your permission because you have not stopped the trespass. The only way you would get C to contribute is if they voluntarily agree to it.
On the other hand, B can be made to contribute through the court.
They should be B. They used as plural indicating the occupants.
