    Default Terminating Parental Rights (Texas)

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Texas

The child will be born in Mar 2020. After the birth of the child can the father terminate parental rights if the mother does not consent?

No, and there is no need to post multiple times.

There is no such thing as voluntary termination of one's parental rights, except in connection with the adoption of the child by someone else.

Also keep in mind that, when a child is born to an unmarried woman, no man has enforceable parental rights until and unless paternity is first established (e.g., by both parents signing an acknowledgment of paternity or a court order based on a DNA test).
