My question involves civil rights in the State of: WV
I am an individual qualified as disabled under the ADA. I requested an ADA accommodation four times - twice in email & twice in person. The accommodation was to avoid a building with an odor. Each request was denied. My office was relocated into that same building. I had an asthma attack so severe I suffered lung damage. Now my employer is eager to accommodate.
Despite their cooperation now do I have an ADA claim of discrimination?
