    Default Lease Extesnsion

    My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Illinois
    "The Agreement runs concurrently with the lease agreement at the residential property, which is effective from 06/06, 2019 to 11/30, 2019".
    My question is: Today is November 5. What steps should be taken by now by both parties to extend or not the agreement?

    If the tenant, consider contacting management if you wish to extend the lease past 11/30/19. If not, make certain there is not a clause that it continues after this date UNLESS the tenant notifies management of such.
