You discuss it with your probation officer and, if he doesn't grant permission, you bring a motion with the sentencing court. Given that you think the judge will refuse permission, consider consulting a criminal defense lawyer for an analysis of your situation and help getting permission to leave the U.S.

well the lawyer i had on my case was one of the best in Houston... Payed around 30,000 US for him... He told me that this judge is a real tough one and that she will not budge on this.... Wat would hiring him again do??

Wat i really need to know if i leave the country will customs pick me up when i re-enter.... if i could just get back home a couple times.. i can work on a transfer back to the US...

If you get caught violating your probation you could be resentenced on the underlying charge, and may end up cooling your heels in jail or prison.

but damn man if i stay in houston i will be jobless, car less, familly less, and quite possibly homeless.... i just dont think its right they prevent me from going home.... but ur right i dont want to end up in prision since i could be facing a lot of time... hind sight is 20/20 but damn i wish i would have never gotten involved with that crime..
