We got a notice in the mail Saturday that she is now requesting daycare costs, other relevant costs and payment for uninsured medical expenses. He already pays 90% of the uninsured expenses. She is now working making $14.00 an hour (not sure if I mentioned that in my earlier post) which I'm sure the costs will be split now. At what point is enough enough? How much, legally, can they take from his check, now that she's working? He has filed for a reduction in child support/spousal support ($667mo/$120week respectively) and now she fires back with this. Honestly, I would rather pay daycare than the child support/spousal support so we can honestly believe the money is going where it should.
