Zero Property Line in HOA Community

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: I live in FL in a HOA with zero property line. My neighbor is concerned that my AC drip line is making a puddle in her yard. She wants me to put sand and grass to fix the puddle and a plan to prevent that from happening again. I can and will put drainage rocks in the hole up to above the grass make a slope for better drainage. However, I wanted to know who's really legally responsible for this issue?

With a zero property line, isn't your property also on the same plot of land as your neighbor? Do you have the upstairs unit? Isn't the land under the unit owned by both of you?

Is there anything in the CC&Rs that addresses the ownership of the land?
