    Default Can I Get a F1 Visa with Former Drug Related Conviction

    hello,i would appreciate your help.
    i am a chinese students applying for my F1 VISA for the graduate study in the US, however im also convicted for possessin and personally use of marijuana under 3grams, will i get my F1 VISA by normal procedure? or do i need to apply for a wavier? im afraid i will be inadmissible for this conviction conducted 5years ago.BTW im totally clean now
