Default Pennsylvania - if I Fail to Pay a 10 Day Limit on a Citation, What Happens

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania and got into a car accident a week ago. The accident thankfully was minor and I got away with a warning however the officer issued me a citation for no expired inspection stickers. As I've tried to get the car inspected this past week to plead not guilty, the car kept having issues so I wasn't able to get it fully inspected. I want to pay my citation off and finalize the inspection next week, however it is now the weekend, day 7, which means I am late on paying the citation. I was wondering if there was a way to pay online, or what would happen if I went over my 10 day limit?

(I'm not sure if this is the proper section for this issue, I apologize if it is)
