My question involves malpractice in the state of: Connecticut. After a motorcycle accident I whemy to see my dr. They had to squeeze me in that day and my DR was not to happy. We have had many talked about how she needs to see a certain amount of patients and only allowed 15 min per. I didnít even have time to tell her what was wrong. She rushed me out with a dr note to stay out of work that day. 2 days later I return my leg is week my shoulder and arm hurt and pain in neck my jaw the entire side of my face. She told me itís just the concussion. I a skilled trade for work. Heavy lifting And verry physical. Told her I can not go to work I think something is really wrong. Tingling in my fingers I keep dropping things. I was sent back to work the next day. Worked with horrible pain for two days. Till I went to ER and a tech evaluated Me and said 100% it is not a ruptured disk and like my dr advised me. I need to stay active because itís only muscle. Long story short I was profiled i was not given the correct treatment plan and ended up having neck surgery. That only made everything worse now. I donít was able to get my medical records after 2 months of fighting for them. And she had lied in reports and left out any detail of me complaining about my symptoms and labeled me as drug seeking behavior. Iím 38 in the peek of my Career making close to 100 grand a year. Now itís over. Iíll never be able to perform at the skill I spent 20 years learning. I know this is Missing a lot of details. I didnít wanna make a huge post. Please any help would be great. And I know with the right treatment plan my herniated disk could of healed rest and PT. So I do not wanna sue the person that hit me. And blame them for what my doctor could of prevented and fixed.
