My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Indiana

We own a marital residence in the State of Indiana. 3 credit card companies filed suit and won judgment against husband. They all put liens on our marital residence. He is 73 on Social Security. I am 65 on Social Security. I can not file bankruptcy due to property I own with others that my husband is not a part of. I was not sued or listed in his 3 judgments. If he files bankruptcy on these 3 judgments, what does that do the liens on our marital residence?

Thanks.

P.S. I have cross posted a similar question in another forum but this one only concerns the bankruptcy issue. If I should not cross post, please let me know. Thank you.
