Don't see anything to suggest that a DR divorce can be reversed either.
I did win at court. when she filed for divorce she got sole custody. Here in the USA, I got shared custody with rights on legal decision of my child education and health.
I just spoke to a friend of mine, who is from the DR and whose husband is an international attorney.
Guess what. You can't have a DR divorce "reversed" either. Any more than you can in the US.
I love this guy! I've never seen someone who is so convince that they're right when they're wrong, that they won when they didn't get anything that they want or is so utterly unable to comprehend straightforward language. It's just fascinating. I'd love to be a fly on his wall!
