She agreed on me taking him on vacation since I could not take him with me on my month. But because I took her to court to follow the transportation order she got upset and said she is following the order 100 percent not at my convenience.

Oh, that's pretty consistent with some forms of personality disorder. It's never their fault; it's always the fault of someone else who "made" him do things. You see that a lot in domestic violence cases - "I didn't want to hit her but she made me do it by not doing what I told her to".

Which is pretty consistent with how this jackass comes across.

Back, you KNOW we're all going to side with Mom here. Why do you even bother coming back?

Yep, when you drag people into court they do have a tendency to not do you any more favors.

But just so it is clear. You went to court and bitched that she wasn't following the order. Now, you want to take her to court because she is following the order.

BTW... Does the child have a passport?

Well that was another problem we had. my child passport is expired and she wanted me to pay in full I told her no. she is suppose to pay half.

All of this is because of step mom mom is her puppet she does not allow us to parent our child because she is always interfering

Does the court order require her to pay half of the fee for his passport? If not, you are the one who wanted to take him out of the country therefore you are the one who should pay for the passport. In any case, its too late now, so your failure to get his passport renewed is what is stopping him from leaving the country, anyway.

You have absolutely no idea if stepmom is interfering or not since you have zero contact with stepmom. You are just using stepmom to explain why you no longer have any control over mom. You are doing it because you cannot mentally handle the fact that you no longer have any control over mom.

Unless she is planning to take the child out of the country there is no reason for her to pay a dime for the passport. If I were her I'd be fighting tooth and nail to make sure you didn't take the child out of the country.

And you need to get over the fact that your wife is with a woman. It is a blow to your ego that you aren't doing well with.

EXCEPT!!! OP is still working hard on appealing the divorce, he wants it cancelled and NOW. He hasn't said as much in this particular thread, but has brought it up in most/all of his other threads.
