Default How to Withdraw Complaint in Pa Magisterial District Court

My question involves court procedures for the state of: PA

I’m looking to withdraw a civil compliant in Magisterial District court, since I have settled with the Defendant. Court rules state that I have to file a “written notice of withdrawal” with the court.

Is this “written notice or withdrawal” a specific form, or simply a typed statement of my wishes to withdraw the suit?

    Any insight is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks, PayrolGuy!

I take it that I fill everything out and the District Judge signs at the bottom?

Sure looks like that to me.

Make sure you send a copy to the other party when you get it filed with the court.
