Default In California Can I Levy a Bank Account with a Findings and Order After Hearing

My question involves a marriage in the state of: California
I have a Findings and Order after Hearing (FOAH) signed by the judge that says my ex shall pay me $4000. How do I turn this FOAH into a judgment so I can then execute a Writ of Execution and attempt to levy her bank account?

That order may be enough of an equivalent of a judgment for you to get a Writ of Execution based on it.

    Try it.

Here are instructions from the Sacramento County Law Library.

You own court may have something similar, but the EJ-130 is a statewide form.
