Understood. I'm not using this forum to prepare to argue with an attorney.

I.e., I'm not looking for strangers on the internet to validate my plans. But if I were to propose something so obviously invalid, I would hope someone here would suggest that I reconsider.

If I tried to go forward with a stupid proposal anyway, I would expect my actual attorney to set me straight.
