Hi all,
I bought tickets to a waterpark while on holiday in the Mediterranean and when we all got there, we discovered the huge crowds.
Being disabled, I couldn't walk far, but the place seemed filled to capacity.
I later on discovered that this day was a local national holiday and this explained the hoards of people.
I wasn't told this when I bought the tickets that day, and I also was not told I could of bought discounted disabled tickets from the waterpark directly, as the tour operator did not sell them.
I believe that they are liable for this blunder and to refund me the total cost of these tickets as it not only ruined my daughter's birthday, but it ended up causing rows and ruining our whole holiday.
I would greatly appreciate any thoughts, advice and help in this matter as I intend to take the travel company to court.
I look forward to some replies - maybe this is a contract law matter?
