    My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Ohio.

    What constitutes illegal passing on a single use highway?

    Do you mean a highway with a single lane in each direction? That could constitute a violation of O.R.C. Sec. 4511.33(A)(2) if the passing is not conducted in a safe manner.

    If you received a ticket, what are the facts and what statute or ordinance is indicated on the ticket?
