Will be my long term disability or social security disability affected by me renting my house out?

I suggest you read your disability policy for the answer to the first part of your question and you can probably find the answer to the second part on the SSA website.

Unearned income does not matter with SSDI.

We are probably talking about SSDI here, but the OP should follow up if SSI is involved.

OP refers to the "original poster", which in this case would be you since you started the thread.

If you are selling a house then that have no link to your SSDI. SSDI is often related to the net income you are earning while you are working. If you want to have information on the same then you can visit social security administration to ask related queries.

Buying or selling a house have no effect on SSDI. If you are receiving SSI then this can surely make a affect on it and your benefits can be taken away temporarily. For more information you can visit SSA website.

SSDI have no relation to your extra income. The income you're earning while working is considered in SSDI. If you are making some extras by selling your house that'll not be considered in SSDI.
