The deed for parcel A states about the access easement "a non-exclusive, perpetual easement, appurtenant to Parcel B".
The deed for Parcel B when it contained the turn-around easement, has no qualifiers. They just call it "Turn-Around Easement".
I will try to locate the original grant.
i suspect the drawing you provided is of the original platting of the subdivision. The turn around easement being part of the original platting, it remains exactly where the drawing shows it to be, regardless of ownership of the dirt beneath it.
