    i suspect the drawing you provided is of the original platting of the subdivision. The turn around easement being part of the original platting, it remains exactly where the drawing shows it to be, regardless of ownership of the dirt beneath it.

    i suspect there is no original grant. There doesn’t need to be if the plat map shows what you posted.

    This is where some of the confusion starts. I suspect you meant when the dominant estate abandons or by agreement relinquishes it.
