You're the second absentee landlord this weekend who is having tenant and property management problems. The other guy lost almost $20,000 in rents and damage due to the property manager's mishandling.
Hard to say. It shouldn't be. In states that are tenant friendly a savvy tenant can often delay eviction for months. In landlord friendly states could be as little as a couple of weeks. Add an incompetent property manager into the mix and it's anybody's guess.1. Is the timeline: 4 weeks from filing to the court date and another 2 month after that to evict normal?
The following guide from Gaithersburg provides a time line for eviction starting on Page 10:

If you ran a name search at:2. Are the landlord-tenant records a part of records available online through Maryland Judiciary case search?

and nothing came up, it either wasn't filed or that kind of case doesn't make it to the online docket.
Or the property manager may be lying to you.
You might call the court and ask the clerk to search for the case.3. If not, how do I access them?
If you don't trust your property manager, you might have to hire a local private investigator to check things out for you.
Maybe it's time you sold the property. You've had it about 2 years now. You ought to break even or make a few bucks on it once you get rid of the tenant and the property manager.
