Angry Next Door Pond is Flooding My Property

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New York

The existing pond next door has multiple owners (not me). It is flooding my property and all neighbors nearby. What are my rights?
It was once use for farm animals; no longer the case.

You have many rights. Wouldn't make sense to try to list them all but here are two that came to me quickly.

1 - Order enough dirt to berm your property so the water is channeled elsewhere.

    2 - Hire a lawyer.

The limited information in your post allows for no response other than the suggestion that you consult with a local real estate attorney.

Jack, I think you can be held liable if you damage the property of someone else by channeling the water away from your property.
I'm not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.......
