But can it be washed up with me making up time that is owed? I work 7.5 hours a day for a 37.5 work week. If I take a day off, and make up the time throughout the week for each day - so each day would actually be 8.5 hours but only .5 equals the over time - i dont want the pay... i just want to make up the day I took off.... so each day would be 1.25 hrs added for the 7.5 day off that i am making up in that pay period. Employer (them) and employee (me) are unclear on what the law is... and we want to make sure this is allowed by law. Or does it matter as long as we are both agreeable to it?
