    Default Can I Correct My Subpoena After the Opposing Party Files a Motion to Quash

    My question involves court procedures for the state of: Alabama. Opposing party lawyer stated I issued the subpoena to wrong person. I issued the subpoena to the lawyer for a audio recording him took doing our trail. The defendant lawyer said that I should have issued it to defendant. Is it to later for me to correct my wrongs?

    It's not too late to hire yourself a lawyer.

    Your opponent's lawyer will steamroll you.

    Can I still subpoena the recording? Or do I need to request to produce

    If you are not going to answer the question why say anything at all...

    When you want something from the opposing party you serve a request to produce. You address it to the Defendant but you serve it on the Defendant's attorney.

    If you don't get what you want, you file a motion to compel production.
