Employees of Company A is suing Company A for not paying their sponsored H1B since day one. Company A is threatening the employees that they will close down the company and makes the employee without H1B sponsor, thus, became out-of-status.
Questions:
1. Can they really close down the Company without any explanation/reason?
2. If the employer close down, is it true that the employees becomes out-of-status? If so, how to prevent being out-of-status? What are the employees can do to be in-status?
Thanks,
Ang Sili
