Exclamation Retail Fraud, Second Offense in Michigan

i just got caught shoplifting today at meijer. it's my second offense. the first occured at a different meijer in michigan when i was 16. i'm 19 now. i tried to run. they detained me and got my information. i spoke to a police officer. there will be a warrant out for my arrest in aprox. 2 weeks and i have to appear in court. i was just wondering what could happen to me...? will i go to jail, etc. do i need a lawyer?

yes you need a lawyer.. ask for one if you can not afford one. And I think you should get some Jail time and maybe that will get you to think twice in the future.. and a dumb move to run good luck. I hope you learn and move on to a better future

Yes consult with a criminal defense Attorney as soon as possible. Even though its your second offense it may still work as a first since your original complaint was as a minor
