Default Sentencing Guidlines Changes and Ex Post Facto Application of Laws

My question is whether my constitutional right to protection against ex post facto laws is violated by u.s. subjecting me to 2012 version of 18 USC 5g1.3(a) and my crimes were committed in 2011.

What you are actually referencing are the sentencing guidelines and the amendment to that section didn't change anything other than to make technical corrections in the language. It didn't change or affect the actual sentenced imposed. So, the answer to your question is no.
