Default Roommate is Accusing Us of Credit Card Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: CO

So I am currently living with my girlfriend in her apartment, and we had another room mate who is her cousin. The cousin is a heavy drug user and due to that we decided for him to move out, and to find a new roommate. Through out the process of moving names on and off of the utilities/lease/internet accounts, because it was all in his name, we noticed he still hasnt paid his portions of the bills.
NOTE: He moved to California on November 11th.
My girlfriend and I confronted him about it over the phone and he claimed all his bills were paid online, so we waited for the following business day to find out. Again the companies said there were no payments made so we confronted him again. He started to ignore us.

Yesterday, 11/13, I called the utilities to find out how much is due, and what late fees have accured. They claimed everything is officially up to date, and nothing was due. So i figured that was that and now we can move on, he paid it and now we can move on.
This morning my girlfriend recieves a text from him, accusing me of stealing his credit card information and paying the bill, and accusing me of fraud and said he is pressing charges and going to the police.
i called the utilities company and they cant share any information about the card used or how it was paid because we are not on the account. i asked if we could refund the last used paymanet option and they cant without the account holder calling, yet he refuses to answer any calls or texts.
I honeslty have no idea what to do now. One moment he said he paid, the companies said it wasnt. Then the next moment everything is paid, but im getting accused of fraud?

If there are any questions about the lease/accounts.
My girlfriend and her cousin lived there first with the cousins name on everything because he had the credit to do so. I came along half way through their lease and we didnt switch any names because all was going well. After we all decided for him to move out and go to rehab, we began to start moving all the names over.

Cool story, but you didn't ask a question (the one sentence that ends with a question mark isn't actually a question).

    Do you have a question?

I find it interesting that you are trying to reverse the last payment when you didn't make the payment.

If you didn't use his credit card to make the last payment, then you should stop worrying about his accusations. He won't be able to prove that you did.
