Getting Emancipated At Age 15

Me and my friend are 15 and we want to get emancipated. We live in Texas. She was living with her mom but the living conditions were nor stable nor safe. Her grandparents got custody of her and now the no longer want her, she is now being sent to houston. She wants to get emancipated to come back to Dallas and live with me. I also want to get emancipated but i'm only 15 i can probably get a job, and prove that i can live on my own. The only legit reason i have is that i live with a psycotic step dad that verbally and (not severely) physically harms me. I want to get emancipated but don't know much about it,

Do i need a parents consent?
Is there anyway I can go about this with out a parents consent?
What other requirements do I need?

I know i need like a job, and good grades and show responsibility. If i can emancipated is there anyway that i can go to college?

The statute says you have to be at least 16 to emancipate. More specifically, "17 years of age, or at least 16 years of age and living separate and apart from the minor's parents, managing conservator, or guardian...."
