Default alienation of affection - Maryland

I live in maryland and want know if alienation of affection and or criminal conversation has been abolished here? Also, my husband bought a house and moved out during an affair , if I contest a divorce that he is threatening to file for after one year of seperation what is likley to happen ? Has there ever been a case where married couples were court ordred to counseling by the request of the innocent spouse? I realize that Iam all over the place with my questions and I apologize for that. The house that he purchased sat vacant for six months while he lived with my children and myself he just moved two months ago and I want to know if I had a right to hire a locksmith and move myself and the kids into the property there is no seperation agreement but child support has been established in Jan 05 because he was not supporting the kids or contributig to the household bills ?
