Yes, I do have pictures to support the mold. I am not looking to file a claim for reimbursement for any damages done to our stored items. My only concern was can they sue me for breaking the lease early and them win. I have done a little research and have found the Pennsylvania implied warranty of habitability. I have text messages that show I asked for multiple weeks to have a leaking sink fixed, which they neglected to do resulting in water leaking into the basement causing some mold and mildew. I also have proof of asking multiple times to have a leaking roof repaired which again took multiple weeks and resulted in ceiling tiles and wall damage along with floor damage. So under the habitability law, it states that I can break the lease and move out without further consequences.
