That's what everybody wants when they have a bad landlord tenant situation.
Doesn't work that way.
Assuming you transferred title to yourself when you finished paying for the mobile home you have a month to month tenancy in the park that has rights and obligations by statute:

If you simply abandon the mobile home, the park owner may incur costs to get ownership or get rid of it and you can be sued for those costs and probably lose.
If you don't care about the MH why not ask the park owner (not the manager) if he/she will take title in exchange for releasing you (in writing) from any further obligation.
If no, then you have the option of leaving, taking your chances, and hoping you don't get sued or sent to collections.
