    Yup I found it. Mcso warrant search. Her name just wrong date of birth.

    Misnomers/clerical errors/harmless errors, are most generally not grounds for dismissal of a charge.

    I have seen arrest warrants tossed for incorrect birthdates. Out here, that could well be a problem and I have seen these returned to the issuing agency for an update. I suspect it could be a problem in Arizona as well. The problem is that a person can still be taken into custody on the warrant and the birthdate issue can effectively be moot insofar as the arrest goes. Even if the warrant has to be returned and be reissued, the underlying charges do not go away.
