    If what you describe is what happened, then it's up to the state to determine if there was a crime (abduction or whatever) committed or not.
    Your statement of what happened is neither going to send you to jail nor get a defamation claim. If the staet determines that what happened wasn't a crime, that's the end of it.

    Now if you said something that wasn't true, then there might be cause for concern.
    How old are you?


    Oh, and as you stated, that sounds very much like an abduction. He doesn't actually have to force you in the car, his threats to you are sufficient if they caused you to get in. It certainly sounds like at least assault.
