    The difference being you can walk away and take your business elsewhere. When you want to argue your job termination you either go to mandatory arbitration or accept the termination and move on.

    That's all that "IT" had to be. You were employed at will and that subjective opinion of your employer was all that was needed.

    You wrote that you lost your night job because you were "Baker" acted. Your night job employer was well within his rights to terminate an employee who he felt (also subjectively) was a risk. Nothing wrong or illegal with that either.
